1 PRODUCTS SPECIFICATIONS - All features, content, specifications, products, prices of products and services described on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Products weights, measurement and descriptions are approximate for information only. All products displayed on the website have Hannah Bazaar branding are registered trademark in UK. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the colours and all product images are for illustration purposes. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

2 SHIPPING DELAY - When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address provided by the purchaser. Hannah Bazaar will not be liable for the delivery of orders where incomplete or inaccurate delivery information is provided at the point of placing the order. Please note that there may be occasional delays to deliveries due to exceptional circumstance. If your order has been impacted by delays, we will work to ensure that your products are delivered as soon as possible; however, we will not be liable for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

3 DELIVERY LOSS OR DAMAGE - Risk of loss for items purchased from our website pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the items by the carrier. If the order has not been delivered within 14 days from the date on the order confirmation note, you have to contact our UK office with the email address on your order confirmation note immediately so that we could carry out the enquiries. When the order has been received but has been damaged in transit, please contact our UK office with the email address on your order confirmation note within 48 hours of the delivery.

4 PURCHASES OUTSIDE UK - The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the receiver of the goods abides by the local customs legislation rules in the importing country. We will not be responsible if import procedures are not followed by the receiver in the importing country. Risks for ensuring that the goods ordered can be imported into the receiver's country are the purchaser's responsibility. The costs associated with returning goods to Hannah Bazaar in the UK, such costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
