Delivery and Tracking
Handbags – We use Royal Mail 48 hours standard tracking delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched from the fulfilment centre, they will email you a link on the Royal Mail tracking system with your tracking number for you to track the parcel online.
Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail, if for any reason delivery is not possible, then a card will be put through your letter box with collection details.
Accessories items – we use Royal Mail 1st Class letter box service.
Once your order had been sent out from our office address, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail through the letter box.
Returns and Refunds
We are an open and honest business and are here to fulfil our customer’s needs. We allow our UK customer’s 30 days to return their goods form the day the order is dispatched.
The procedures are as follows:
- You must inform our returns department first by email and tell us the reason for your returns. Then, we will supply you with a correct return address label so that we can process the return item quickly.
- You must keep the original packaging with the barcode on it and the goods must be unused and in the original condition.
- You must post the return item back using the original packaging. Remember to get proof of postage from the post office. This is the main document that we require to show that the goods had been returned to us.
- Once our returns department receives the goods, we will inspect them to ensure that they are in the original condition. Only then, will we refund our customers in full. Refunds will only be credited to the original card payment account.
- For each return, we will bear the cost for rework and inspection. This will not be passed onto the customer, however, we will not refund the cost of the return postage.
- In exceptional circumstances, we will refund the cost of the return postage. For example, if we send out the wrong colour or style of bag.
Orders
Order online and pay at the checkout with shopify secured payment system.
You will receive an order confirmation and invoice via email.
Your order will be forwarded automatically to our fulfilment partnership centre waiting to be process.
All handbag orders will be fulfilled by our fulfilment centre in Kent, UK.
All other accessories items will be fulfilled at our company address in the North West of England.
The cut off time is 3pm each day, so order and payments cleared after 3pm will be processed on the next working day. We do not operate at the weekend or the UK bank holidays.
General product care.
Leather:
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth (not wet), do not use any soaps or cleansers
- Avoid direct sun or heat which will dry out the leather.
- Avoid humidity and rain, if it gets wet, blot the excess moisture with a soft plain cloth a microfiber cloth is best, leave to dry at room temperature slowly, avoid direct heat.
- Do not overfill your bag as it may ruin its original shape.
Polyurethane:
The care of PU is similar to leather, however, PU is a synthetic material therefore more water resistant then leather.
Cotton Canvas:
Dry brush any dirt or dust off the body of cotton canvas bag.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and blot the excess moisture with a soft plain towel, leave to dry at room temperature.

If you need to carry portable devices often inside your bag, please check the dimension of your devices first and refer to the dimension of the bag.
